How many plastic pins do I put in each frame rail?

Some of the batches do not have arrow stickers on the frame. To determine the correct quantity, there should be a count of the required number of plastic lugs per frame piece on a sticker on each frame rail. If there are no arrow stickers or plastic lug count stickers, you can always count the number of notches on each side of the material.

The plastic lugs slide on the frame, so there is no need to worry about spacing -- the correct spacing will be achieved when attaching the screen material since the plastic lugs can be slid to the right location before attaching them.
